“Amazing work. Had a small leak in my faucet that had to be removed by heating the solder. They were able to get it cleaned up, replaced and checked within an hour of arriving. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to ensure the new piece could easily replace the washers if necessary. After the work was done, great clean up and checked all the other pipes to make sure shutting off and on the main valve didn't introduce any other leaks before wrapping up the work. He handled all the plumbing for our kitchen Reno and returned at the drop of a hat to install our new gas stove after it finally arrived a year and a half later. “Running toilet on Main floor. Family from Australia arriving in 2 days to stay in guest room main floor. Bought fill valve assembly from RONA went to install and was not able to shut off water to toilet, faulty valve, of course it would be a Friday afternoon, typical. Called Doty plumbing, arrived within 15 minutes, crawled into crawl space to locate main H2O shut off. Replaced faulty valve to toilet installed new fill valve assembly all under an hour took a peak at a couple of other plumbing issues I was having gave me some guidance. “I’ve called on PJB a number of times the last few years and they’ve always done excellent work. That being said, during their last visit at my home, I asked them to scope my drain to the city connection and provide a copy of the video footage and Dan promised me that they would send it once the machine arrived back at their office. After a number of requests, I still haven’t received what I was promised. Although they do good work, there seems to be little follow through once they’re paid and gone. I’ll have to consider another plumbing outfit next time.“
