I’ve called on PJB a number of times the last few years and they’ve always done excellent work. That being said, during their last visit at my home, I asked them to scope my drain to the city connection and provide a copy of the video footage and Dan promised me that they would send it once the machine arrived back at their office. After a number of requests, I still haven’t received what I was promised. Although they do good work, there seems to be little follow through once they’re paid and gone. I’ll have to consider another plumbing outfit next time.
I recently purchased a new natural gas bbq , I was surprised when the gas fitting wasn’t compatible with the outlet attached to the house . I called Paul at PJB and he arranged for someone to arrive the next day . Trevor showed up on time and attached the bbq in less than 1/2 hour ! He was polite ,knowledgeable and efficient!Once again PJB came to the rescue !Thank you for such great service .
Justin came and completed installing a new pipe under a sink, and installing a new kitchen faucet. He was professional and did a perfect job. I thought it was a little pricey, but very happy that it was done correctly.I'd recommend them.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
