I’ve called on PJB a number of times the last few years and they’ve always done excellent work. That being said, during their last visit at my home, I asked them to scope my drain to the city connection and provide a copy of the video footage and Dan promised me that they would send it once the machine arrived back at their office. After a number of requests, I still haven’t received what I was promised. Although they do good work, there seems to be little follow through once they’re paid and gone. I’ll have to consider another plumbing outfit next time.

I am very impressed with PJB . My call was answered promptly, and a plumber came same day to quickly unplug my bathtub drain. Polite professional work, is hard to find these days, and I will definitely promote your great company. Thanks again. From North Delta
