I have been taking my taxes here for over 10 yrs, this year the person doing my taxes truly messed things up, on top of that I could not understand a word he was saying most of the time.The manager apologized and stated there is a new "system" in place. I went to pick up my return which is priced very high, the female at the counter couldn't understand a word of English. I had to write down my name, she then tried to "up sell" me on some rediculous "piece of mind" scam. This didn't help, as we had to get another employee to translate what the heck she was trying to say. Advice to owner/manager, from what I still know, the two official... read full review
