Running toilet on Main floor. Family from Australia arriving in 2 days to stay in guest room main floor. Bought fill valve assembly from RONA went to install and was not able to shut off water to toilet, faulty valve, of course it would be a Friday afternoon, typical. Called Doty plumbing, arrived within 15 minutes, crawled into crawl space to locate main H2O shut off. Replaced faulty valve to toilet installed new fill valve assembly all under an hour took a peak at a couple of other plumbing issues I was having gave me some guidance.
