I intentionally brought my VW from out of town (Nelson) to Kootenay Euro Shop in Creston because of the glowing reviews and I can report that I was not disappointed. There was a significant amount of work to be done, such as... all new brakes and rotors, new rear shocks, new water pump and tensioner. The work was done well and the car is running great. Thank you!

I have nothing but great things to say about Kootney Euro! So professional,friendly and very knowledgeable. I trust them. A lot to be said about trust these days! Not just for imports either. Had my Ford class up the place a few times now. Haha. Also for just the other day I had a computer issue and I called they came in early and remedied the problem in minutes sending me on my way to work quickly and efficiently. Can’t say enough about the professionalism and caring of these guys! Thank you for the amazing service! Highly recommended!!!!

It would be difficult for me to expound upon how great this garage is!My old ‘72 VW bus limped into Creston on a Saturday night. It would not go faster than 40-60km on a downhill, slower on everything else. Needing to get home to Vancouver Island to complete some very time sensitive transactions, I was under a tremendous amount of stress.Fortunately, despite being very busy, my bus was fit in on Monday and a solution to the acceleration issue was applied.The service was professional, friendly, and above and beyond, with fitting me in despite a full day of mechanical appointments.I am so very grateful to this garage and cannot recommend it highly enough!Now I’m off... read full review
