They were absolutely fantastic to deal with --would reccomend them to anyone -- Initially brought my car over to them, after being reccomended by the service manager at Nissan Cranbrook. Saying they were the best in whole Kootenays--he was right! The entire team was so professional, I hope I have their names right but the front office team Marnie and Liam were exceptional I brought my vehicle over on a Wednesday, I live in Castlegar, they gave me a loaner , then next day Thursday, my son who lives in Alberta, had a medical emergency-- they allowed me to use the loaner(there is no rental car companies in Creston) although I even ended having to extend my... read full review
High quality customer service, and high quality autobody work. High Caliber recently helped me out with getting a ICBC hail damage claim. Wow, lucky to have this shop in the Kootenays. Worth the drive to Creston 100% !
Super great service all around. They were super straight foward, honest with qouting and what had to be done, and did a great job fixing the dent on my truck. When i picked it up, it was nicer and cleaner than when I dropped it off. 10/10 I don't often review, but they're worth it. Thanks High Caliber!
