They were absolutely fantastic to deal with --would reccomend them to anyone -- Initially brought my car over to them, after being reccomended by the service manager at Nissan Cranbrook. Saying they were the best in whole Kootenays--he was right! The entire team was so professional, I hope I have their names right but the front office team Marnie and Liam were exceptional I brought my vehicle over on a Wednesday, I live in Castlegar, they gave me a loaner , then next day Thursday, my son who lives in Alberta, had a medical emergency-- they allowed me to use the loaner(there is no rental car companies in Creston) although I even ended having to extend my stay there for a few extra days---and my car was fully fixed by that Friday --- Their customer service is absolutely the best, and as for their work, on my car , you would not even know there had been a broken piece of plastic on the bumper. it's fixed as new.

High Caliber, and ALL their staff, are a seriously kind, caring, amazingly hard working team. They go far and wide ABOVE for their customers. On top of all that, they do a fantastic job. Our family will forever be so very thankful, and appreciative for everything they did for us, which was soooo very much. Without them, we would no longer have a vehicle. What makes High Caliber different, is the kind, compassionate, dedicated team of people they have there. From the top with Walter, and his wife Anette, to Lanka, the technicians, mechanics, auto body techs, as well as their apprentices, they ALL go exceedingly above the job requirements to do the very best they can for the customer. Now that I know how amazing they truly are, after a 6 month case on our vehicle, I would travel out of town JUST to have them look after anything in the future. I can't recommend them more.
