I was in a jam. I was hoping to wait until October to put on a new winter rubber. But I ran over a screw and had a slow leak that couldn't be repaired due to uneven tire wear. This was a result of a bearing change.
I called Auto Tech and asked when I could possibly get a wheel alignment. Initially Eldon said mid next week, then said he could get it done the same day if I brought it down. I dropped it off at lunch and it was done by 4. Awesome, helpful, professional and quick service. I had a new set of 4 winters put on my vehicle in less than 24 hrs as a result of their quick service with the alignment. Fantastic!

I intentionally brought my VW from out of town (Nelson) to Kootenay Euro Shop in Creston because of the glowing reviews and I can report that I was not disappointed. I came in to Nufloors today looking for some kerdy board for a walk in shower I was told they would be a good place to look. Tracie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was able to purchase some of what I needed and she ordered in the rest. While being forced to engage with scrap king under less than favorable circumstances. They really helped make a pain in the patooty situation better. They made themselves available on a long weekend so my son could get his car back. Caught up in a icbc RCMP money grab. While scrap king had pages of upscale optional fees ICBC bc gov allow they kept it real.
Enabling my boy to get his tools and vehicle back so he could honor his contracts and build his busines.

Great experience with Terry at Kal Tire in Creston! Had our rear brakes start grinding when we were on vacation in the area. Took our car in when they first opened in the morning and left it with the mechanics to inspect, had a call back by 9:30am with a quote and they let us know they had parts on hand to fix by early afternoon. We were able to pick it up all fixed before 1pm and continue on with our vacation, all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop for quick, friendly, and well-priced services.
