We just got occupancy in Nov of 2023 from an amazing home build with Roger Pelletier of Pelletier Construction and Nelson Homes. Solid construction which we watched from the first dig to handing over the keys. We have never built a new home before so we were pretty nervous but this build couldn't have gone better if we had tried. We did a custom floor plan, 8 ft doors throughout 2 floors, granite countertops, custom cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, the finished project is stunning!The budget process was easy to understand and any overages were due to our upgrades and we were aware up front of the additional costs. September 2020 - April 2021Roger and his team know the custom home business !! We suffered through delays in design and securing a builder during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and Roger came to the rescue. We have a beautiful home which was on budget and on time. Best of all, we avoided further delays and cost over-runs as a result of Roger's industry contacts and his ongoing design and cost implication recommendations during the construction process. Pelletier Construction build high quality and very good value homes. Just ask to view some of the homes he has built in the East Kootenay region of BC.

Our experience building our dream home with Roger has been amazing. When we started to look at property in Cranbrook we reached out to several contractors. Roger was the first and only one to make us a priority. He went above and beyond by helping us find our land, guide us through the building process and give us so many valuable insights and options.Budget was very important to us and Roger was outstanding in this area.
