I brought my car in for windshield replacement at 9:00, they gave me a loaner which I really appreciate not being stuck…I got a text message that it was completely done at 10:45 ready for me to pick up. I wasn’t happy when I got a big rock thrown that shattered glass onto my dash, but driving out after the replacement…I can see clearly…feels like a new car. Never realized how pitted the windshield was before.

Called from out-of-town; office assured me they could give me a courtesy car to do a couple appts while getting windshield done. Arranged everything via phone/text.Despite them busy, got to my car and had it ready ahead of schedule! Did not even need to use courtesy car for 2nd appt. Windshield so far looks great; and business seems to be a well-oiled machine.
