As always, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Sullivan takes her time to explain procedures and likely results in detail, giving choices for treatment. I was in for a consultation and Dr. Sullivan spent 45 minutes with me for which there was no charge. There is no pressure to purchase, which makes me feel more comfortable. I have used their services and procedures over the last 6 years and have complete trust in Dr. Sullivan.
I was hesitant, as I usually am, I haven't had the best experiences with medical aesthetics in the past....
But Willow Aesthetics is on a totally different level !
The space is beautiful, CLEAN and peaceful.
The ladies at reception are kind, clear, efficient, knowledgeable and not overtly in your space... Which I personally appreciate.
I have visited the Campbell River and Courtney locations, I have only wonderful and amazing things to say about Willow Medical Aesthetics! I’d offer a six star review if I could.Very professional, friendly and kind staff. I always feel welcome :)I usually get a couple procedures done and I leave happy every time.
