Professional, courteous and they take time doing the job right even on a flat fee service call. We have dealt with them for several years and on a most recent service call, the technician spent a lot of time explaining how to get our heating pump system to work most efficiently. They are also quick to respond and the staff on the intake desk are knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend.
We had our heat pump installed by WestIsle a couple of months ago and we have been very happy with all aspects of the system and install.Vendor and system selection:Casey came out and did the initial inspection and quote. He was terrific to work with, very knowledgeable and really straight shooting with all our questions and pricing etc. We are new to heat pumps so I had a ton of questions for Casey, at least 2 follow up emails and 2 phone calls.... (appreciate Casey's patience ;) ...whole process probably took us about 6 to 8 weeks to make our decision). Luke did a weekend , late night , outcall to our summer place in Port Alice , furnace issue . Arrived promptly , diagnosed the issue , explained the fix and performed the work required in a courteous , efficient and professional manner . 10 / 10 Hard to find service like this .... anywhere !! Hats off to Westisle and especially to Luke . Thanks bunches !!
