Our electric furnace burnt up on Christmas day Theo was prompt and very kindly to get us a new heat pump as soon as possible his service manager Dan very professional and a great job done and vacuumed up after he was finished ,,, I wish my husband would do the same ( clean up after himself ) lol ,, thanks a bunch love our heat pump
