Modern came in and installed 18 custom sealed units into our existing 80's aluminum window frames. Super professional, priced competitively, cleaned the windows prior to leaving. Well recommended and I would use them for future projects.

I had an issue with a couple windows during recent winter storms. These were installed nearly 7 years ago. Today, Ryan came by and showed me how to properly clean the tracks and drain holes (which I had not done and did not know how to do).He was friendly and professional and showed me what to do so I can keep up with maintenance from now on. I was blown away at how helpful this Courtenay business is and has been over the years. I have more windows to replace and they will be getting my business.

Awning repair. Did work without any sense of costing only to be surprised at the final point. Is returned product damaged. After a discussion with the owner the issue was corrected , refund made and new awning ordered,Service: Window repair
