I've worked with Jen over the last ten months and have been really grateful for her support. Good listening, good (tough!) questions, and action focused without judgement. Very knowledgeable with good resources.
Jen really listens to our family's concerns, needs, and wishes, while taking all of our complexities into account. She has a compassionate no nonsense style of therapy and it balances well with the artistic aspect of her practice. I would recommend her to any family needing support.
Jen is absolutely amazing! I could have never made it through some of my toughest years without her. She really help me adjust the way I was letting my mind think, help come up with coping strategies for life and looking at things in different ways.
