I highly recommend Eden Therapy. I saw Krista for an acupuncture session and was extremely impressed. She has an incredible blend of gift and skill. Through a compassionate and attentive approach she creates an ideal environment for healing and growth. With a deep understanding and appreciation for Chinese medicine Krista brings nothing but the best, ensuring that you will leave feeling more wholesome, healthy and with a wealth of knowledge and practical tools for moving forward.

I saw Krista at Eden Therapy last week for acupuncture and was SO impressed by her friendliness, knowledge, professionalism, and passion for her craft. I left my session more relaxed and relieved than I have in months - and feel better 3 days later than I have with many chiro/massage appointments. And the studio space is lovely too (and quiet)! Highly recommend

I highly recommend Eden Therapy had a session with Owen , I appreciated his friendly, welcoming energy. It was a relaxing atmosphere and the massage helped me let go, and relax. I already booked my next appointment. Self-care is so important and Eden Therapy is a place to get it. ⭐️I encourage you book your “I love me gift to yourself”.
