SUPER Long waits , went back multiple times! They told us to call the helpline, then the helpline told us to go to the branch, AND STULL they didn’t solve the basic issue, so we called the CIBC Visa LINE AGAIN AND WAITED ON HOLD FOR 2 hours 10 mins before the agent conveniently hung up on us. We are closing all our accounts and telling all our family friends and clients about this, unreal negative client experience, good riddance. Barf
