John & Tracey supplied and installed all our window coverings on our new home 20+ years ago. We just recently had an issue with one of the Power Blinds battery sleeve due to a leaking battery which caused the electrical contact to deteriorate. To our great surprise John had a replacement sleeve at his shop at a very reasonable $Price. After the repair the blind is working like new. A true testament to great customer service. Thanks John.

Tracey was an expert at guiding us through the pros and cons of all the complex options and features as they applied to our specific window needs. It was always clear her end goal was to get us what we would be most happy with. Between Tracey and John (the installer) every worry was addressed. We had some difficult window challenges we didn't think could be resolved and in the end we're so happy with our new blinds and how they look and function. Highly recommend!
