Way too expensive. Takes forever to get through on the phone when you call for support with an issue or concern. Usually have to wait 80+ minutes. They have no online chat support. Their home page is rudimentary. When you wish to speak to someone above the initial call taker they put you through to someone’s voice mail and you leave a message and they never respond. They do not pick you up for your lesson at your home or office, you have to meet the instructor at a place of their choosing. I have put 5 of my children through drivers training with other companies and this company is way behind in sense of customer service and support. Shop around carefully before you use this company. To avoid the headaches.
