“I ateppednon a scale in November of 2023 and was at a staggering 275! I was so nervous to walk into a gym and not know how or where to start. CBC Crossfit made this experience fantastic from the start through to the end! I had some really great conversations about my worries and the staff were excellent at providing what I needed! (I was really worried about getting hurt) I took on their 6 week challenge which has a meal plan and nutrition guide, and was at the gym mostly 4 days a week( I was working from out of town so there were some gaps in my schedule). I was able to make a great lifestyle change in my diet and the encouragement not only from the staff but all the others in the class was exactly what I needed! I'm only moving on because it's time for me to start the next project and will not be returning to the lower mainland any time soon. When I'm back I'll definitely return here and continue!
I'm down 35lbs (from middle of November 2023 to the middle of February 2024) and feel better and stronger than I have in the last 5 years!!!

“Coach Koda ROCKS!!!How to sum up Koda’s coaching in one word…let’s go with two words: LIFE CHANGING!!!I’ve been working closely with Coach Koda for more than 2 years and it’s completely changed my life in more areas than one.I started off with his online programming, aimed at 3x gym sessions and 1 run per week. He helped guide me and keep me on track (I fell off a few times but he was always there to help me get back on track).The monthly consultations are key. We not only discuss my 1 hour in the gym, we discuss how I spend the other 23 hours in a day. “I joined this gym a few months ago because I was tired of working out alone at the gym. Since joining, I've become addicted to CrossFit. The community here is amazing as everyone is so kind and welcoming. The coaches are knowledgable and will provide modified workouts so there's always a workout you can do. Every workout is different so it doesn't feel repetitive. I always feel encouraged and supported and I'm so thankful for this gym :)“
