I went to their customer service department to inquire about why my birthday voucher couldn't activate due to their ongoing system glitch with the voucher system, only to be treated poorly by an impatient and rude middle-aged Filipino lady (no intent to generalize here). She seemed like she was so busy that her patience with people who aren't that technologically savvy was running indefinitely thin already. I expected much better customer service from this location's store, especially since they're a pretty big Canadian company, and will continue to for all other companies in general. It says open until 730 but went there at 715 and not a soul at the counter and no one else in the store had any idea where they were. Kinda screws you over if you need insurance that day ridiculous
Tried to talk to the front desk woman and in the middle of us talking she decides to answer the phone and start talking to someone for a few minutes about motorcycle insurance. No respect for my time whatsoever
