Very responsive service. I was assigned Sean, who is highly experienced and professional. Very positice experience and I would call on Tech again if I run into problems with my appliances again (which I hope not to lol).
Shawn is probably one of the most honest appliance tech guys we’ve met. After diagnostics on a fridge/freezer, he advised to change 2 filters at the same time to save us $$$ & said we should wait as we were not ready. He only charged for the diagnostics. Good to know that his company deals with all sorts of appliances- we’ll be call Tech Angels again when & if the need arises!
We reached out to Tech Angels to check and fix our washing machine which made a loud noise during the draining and spinning cycle. The communication and service were excellent. Sean came by right on time and effectively diagnosed the issue. They also ordered the replacement part very quickly and our machine was fixed in a matter of few days. We won't hesitate to call them back should we have other appliance issues.
