Everyone here at this location was so friendly, Dr. Pravjit has been the best eye doctor ive seen so far. She provided information that no other doctor has told me about and went above in her care. Doris also helped me out with the checkout and explained everything so well
This was honestly the best eye exam and glasses purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Every single staff member was warm and welcoming in all of their interactions, and the technician Joseph and optometrist Dr. Atwal were unfailingly clear and kind in all of their instructions and explanations. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you SpecSavers Coquitlam team!
I just went in to check about promotions and asked a couple of questions. Both Nathan and Grace expertly answered all of it. The vibe that I got from them shows that they care and they were able to squeeze me in to an eye exam and were very mindful about my limited time. The ophthalmologist (Dr. Jasjit) also showed compassion and were easy to talk to. She explained the result of my eye exam very thoroughly.
