this place was recommended by a friend. i had shellac polish applied to my natural toenails and fingernails. I selected a pretty opalescent lilac color. the owner Nancy did a good job, but the polish started to wear on the tips within 3 days. I have short nails and type for work. When I called to ask her to have a look, she told me to come in within 15min, which I complied with. When I arrived she immediately denied the shellac was uneven on the tips, and did not ask what I was hoping for. I simply wanted another coat to seal the ends on 4 fingers only. She would not accept there was anything wrong, dismissed me and said i could go elsewhere. She refunded me the hand shellec cost while speaking in a language I didn't speak to her co-workers. It was very impolite, and there were 5 other customers there to witness. I kept my cool the entire interaction. This is very poor customer service and she has lost repeat business. I spent 76$ in there for polish only, so would be great repeat business. I guess they don't need it. Be warned!

This was my first visit to Smile Nail Salon and I had a great salon pedicure by Lynne.Salon was clean, appointment was on time, relaxing, plenty of colours to choose from and lots of great information and laughter shared!Will definitely go back!

First time to Smile, booked a last minute appointment for a regular pedi and was very pleased with the service and amenities (that massage chair was amazing!). Bi was super particular with my service, took her time and gave me a great foot/leg massage. I will definitely be back!
