첫째 출산후 산후관리를 받을수있는 곳을 찾다가 지인소개로 알게되어 관리를받았고, 이번엔 둘째낳고 다시한번 찾게됐어요. 첫째낳고 뭣모르고 지내다 6개월이 지난후에야 관리시작해서 아쉬움이 있었어요ㅠㅠ 진작와서 받을껄!! 그래도 원장님이 열심히 관리해주신 덕분에 많이 회복되었어요. 그래서 이번엔 둘째낳고 한달 지나자마자 원장님께 연락드려서 열심히 다니며 산후관리 받았어요. 3-4회 까지는 큰 변화를 못느꼈는데 6회정도 지나니 한번 받고나면 눈에띄게 몸에 변화가 생기더라구요. 출산후 나왔던 배도 많이 들어가고 붓기도 빨리 빠지고 무엇보다 허리랑 다리, 얼굴쪽 라인 잡아주시는데 관리끝나고 거울보면 라인이 정말 확!!잡혀서 티가 제대로 나서 기분이 좋아지더라구요. 가장 좋았던건 출산후 있었던 다리통증과 허리통증이 많이 완화되면서 전체적으로 몸이 많이 가벼워진걸 느꼈어요. 원장님이 그날그날 몸상태 꼼꼼히 체크해주셔서 관리해주시고 원장님과 관리사님들이 굉장히 친절하시고 다정하셔서 마음적으로도 많이 위로가 되었습니다. 정말 감사드립니다. 출산하신 분들 산후관리로 정말 추천드려요!!:) 아, 산전관리 프로그램도 있어서 5,6년째 애기가 안생기다가 꾸준히 관리받고 임신하신 분들도 있다고 들었어요. 도움되시길 바랍니다:)
