I wanted to share how great tech - Brent Armstrong - was today. After years of having the same tech with Rentokil there is always a fear that the service will not be the same with someone new. After calling in about our annually reoccurring ant problem, Brent called me, found out what we needed, checked in with the people who were home to make sure everything was fine, then completed his service professionally and quickly. He definitely went over and above in serving our home today. We are with Rentokil above all other pest control companies (which we’ve tried) because of the great customer service! We had carpet beetles in our house and the technician that came it our place was very friendly and knew exactly what we needed to do. It’s been awhile since I have had good service.
