A small snafu getting the original estimate but it was made up by the same day service call to get our heat back on. Kudos to the office administrator who was quick to solve the problem.
Sean is a master of his craft, very knowledgeable and takes great care in doing a thorough and professional job. Absolutely impressed with his work, customer service, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Pro West Heating to anyone looking for assistance with their home heating.
Stopped the Pro West technician in his truck parked in front of my house yesterday and asked if he could look at my broken AC - He kindly said 'yes' and diagnosed the problem. Next day, they phoned and said they had the part and could install that afternoon! AC is now fixed and cool air is flowing!! Incredible service - kudos to Sean, the kind and efficient technician.
