After having my windows smashed, I went to New West Collision the next day and they were able to do an estimate on the spot, which is much quicker than all other places I called (which had a lead time of 2-3 weeks just to get an assessment). They handled everything quickly and smoothly and were good communicators. Even though my vehicle was ready for pick up on a heavy snowfall day, they told me I should just wait till the next day to come pick it up and not risk it in the snow and how to explain to ICBC that I needed an extra day with the loaner. Best Auto Body ExperienceThe owner went extra length to make sure the repairs exceeded my expectations. The shop professionally repaired my 2012 Mercedes frontal damages due to a collision accident. The owner explained the repair works in detail both before and afterwards. The end result was a showroom like perfection. The shop finished the job with an overall detailing of the car which brought back the original white coloration.
