We had multiple issues (leaking and the shut-off was no longer shutting off!) with our 25-year old toilet. They replaced the shut-off and upgraded the toilet to a one-piece American Standard.
Moe himself came to assess the situation (very personable guy who was a pleasure to deal with).
The next day, Austin arrived with good notification and carried the work professionally and with a great attitude. There were lots of opportunities for him to lose his sunny demeanour as the toilet was upstairs in a townhome complex that has multiple staircases to ascend - but Austin was fantastic.

After having Moe's Plumbing do some work at my business location last year I was thrilled to have Blake at our home today to look at an outside faucet issue. Blake contacted me ahead of the appointment time to inquire about the issue and asked for photos in order to be prepared for the job. Once here he listened to my concerns and ideas. Quickly addressed the problem and corrected it. Made time and cost saving reccomendation. Finished the job and took payment. All together a great experience. I am happy to reccomend Blake and Moe's Plumbing!
