I booked a basic cleansing facial with Joanne, and it was great! The clinic is in a good location, ample of parking and it was a very clean office. It was quiet, and I felt very safe in the studio. There was a brief consultation at the beginning, where Joanne talked about my skin type and explained the procedure as it was my first time. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. During the facial, she was very thorough and my skin felt amazing after. I could see a big difference, and will definitely be booking more future followup sessions in the future. Highly recommend!!

Joanne is professional , knowledgeable in skincare treatments and laser. I loved my anti-aging facial and also laser facial.Can't say enough about Joanne she is amazing in her profession. Thank you ? I will be a regular client !!

It was a great experienced when Joanne did my facial care and she was very accommodating even it was already late. The Lumina clinic was very friendly environment and relaxing. Two thumbs up for Joanne ?
