I was very lucky to have Exclusive Floors as part of my restoration team after water damage from a leak. Rochelle is amazing! She came out to look at my existing place and suggested multiple possible options for replacement. She patiently explained the differences and possible benefits and pitfalls for each. She even was a resource for my non-flooring, restoration questions. I would 100% recommend her and the Exclusive Floors team. I chose a Goodfellow water resistant laminate with cork underlay and I couldn't be happier. The floor feels so soft and warm; it's an absolute pleasure to walk on.
