All the staff at Exclusive were very professional. Jodi was awesome in explaining and giving information on the different products offered by the company. Steve Hope the Manager went out of his way to help us when the carpet we wanted was not available due to COVID and delivery issues. They reminded us and arrived on time on the day of Installation. Bruce and Paul did the install and were very professional and worked very hard each day they came. They were very careful with all our belongings and helpful in every respect. It was an overall great experience. Both my husband and myself were very impressed with the installation and the experience of working with all the staff at Exclusive. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. A+
