Sepid is an amazing massage therapist with a real talent for finding trigger points and releasing muscle tension caused by poor posture. After the massage, my body felt so much lighter and more relaxed. She truly knows how to melt away tension!
I highly recommend Ran for Pilates classes. Working long hours led to severe neck strain and back pain, but after taking Pilates classes with Ran, I immediately felt my back muscles providing better support and a noticeable reduction in pain. Additionally, she went above and beyond by suggesting exercises I could do on my own at the condo gym, showing how much she cares about my well-being. The equipment was also very clean and well-maintained, which made the sessions even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her professional classes!
I recently had multiple sessions with Sepid Sharaf at Evergreen clinic on Coquitlam branch. The massage felt professional. It was a really good massage, focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. I will definitely be going back!
