Excellent choice of flooring. We chose carpet and 1/2” underlay since we are on slab main floor of condo. Vab was our sales rep. Vab was always up front and never pushy. Vab knows his flooring products. A great place to purchase flooring.

Big shout out to Brian and Vab, who were both fab! We patronized this store in the middle of June 2024, so I am late in my review. I cannot say enough about how this establishment went above and beyond to assist, from picking out carpeting and underlay to comport with our Strata's standards to providing us with a measuring appointment instantaneously. Seriously, our property was in the area of BC in which Brian resides and on his way from work, the day we walked in to pick out carpet, he swung by our condo to measure. When renovating floors, you typically spend a considerable amount of time at flooring stores.
During this time I have had the pleasure of working with every member of the sales team here who have always gone above and beyond to provide the best service, in a super friendly manner.
