Dr. Yip is a kind and compassionate vet towards both me and my dog Miffy; he has offered honest and realistic opinions for my dog's care. He is also very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond with his services, which has far exceeded my expectations. I know my dog is in safe hands with his care. I look forward to seeing Dr. Yip time and time again, as I found a vet that I can really trust.
Great crew at this place (staff, docs, techs). Have seen Dr. Myk a few times, absolutely awesome guy (so sad he is moving elsewhere). Dr. Ong just did our dog's teeth cleaning and she seems like a very lovely and sharp lady. We really like this place isn't owned by VCA, and apparently the owner's son is a vet and is taking over the practice, so will be long-term independent. We would definitely recommend this place. They've seemed to be very reasonable with their advice and guidance with our two dogs. We aren't looking to break the bank but want to pay for good care for our pets and ERAH has provided great value.
This place is wonderful! They always take such great care of my bunny. Every member of their staff from the vets, vet techs to the front desk are so kind and caring. Front desk team is always friendly, patient and accommodating. The vet techs do such a great job with nail trimmings and big thanks to one that took the time to teach me how to administer a IV (I think his name was Tristan). The vets always take time to listen to our questions and concerns. I never feel pressured to do extra procedures if it’s not necessary. Special thanks to Dr. Ong, Dr. Khoo and Dr. Hardin!
