Sam, at Coast Therapy, is an excellent Kinesiologist and is very knowledgeable in his field. I love that he always demonstrates the exercise or stretch so that I know exactly what I'm to do. He can quickly adapt exercises to ones needs and has variations of exercises in increasing difficulty. He can also easily scale exercises back if you're having an off day or increase the intensity to strengthen your core or muscles if things seem too easy. He is well organized, doesn't waste time and is easy to talk too. I strongly recommend Sam at Coast if you're looking for some kinesiology sessions.
Leo is very popular at this location because he's always busy and hard to find a spot for your appointment if you don't book ahead his calendar is always full😅. He's really nice I like his sense of humor and take time to listen which part is your really concern about your pain and he explains it to me why and offers other treatment, then I tried the needle or acupunture if that's the right word for that and it works amazing! No more neck pillow and heated pad everynight after that! Iwaited a bit longer for my 1st appointment with him but its worth it! Thank you 😊
