Had a great foot massage experience with Tom. I went with my lower back pain and Tom diagnosed my uneven legs issue. He is responsible and professional and my back feels much better. Recommend Tom if you go to BIG Feet.
Was helped by jarvin. Service's great, not pushing any packages, and just very focusing on reliving the neck pain I had, adjusting strength according my need and adjust routine according to my need. Friendly! Over great experience. (With jarvin)
Haven’t been to this location for a long time, but for my sessions in the past always get done by Summer and she has a good memory even though I could not visit her often or regularly and she knows what I want, so then I never have to explain to her where the problematic areas are. Wish I can see her more often.
