From dreadfull thoughts of this being impossible for me to attend & succeed ....to the exact opposite! I'm totally blown away that the staff worked something out with me to make a very happy and positive experience. It's only been 3 weeks so far and recovery is well on it's way. Jeff and Sarah are incredibly helpful and kind. All other staff are very nice too.Jeff and Sarah, I sincerely thank you for making this possible for me ❤️ ?.
I was a client at this location after a work injury. The staff that worked with me were helpful and knowledge. The frontend staff was always helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Alana, Karn and Mark for being caring and understanding. I will continue to use what I learnt from you.
Been here for a month and a half. After getting hit on highway 1 i could hardly move. Within 2 weeks i was able to actually move again. Really good people, the service dog here is an absolute sweetheart and is my favorite one to see every morning. Receptionists are friendly, kinesiologists are knowledgable, physiotherapists know what they're doing. Free underground parking so you dont have to fumble with your keys in the rain and snow. Equipment is super clean. Icbc and wcb claims are accepted.
