Very nice technician. Came within 2 hours of my call. While the work is not done yet as he needed to order the parts, he just gave me a call with an update on the parts and timing. Edit: same repair associate attend a few days earlier with the pre ordered parts. Kind , respectful and quick repair.

The repair was done in the same visit and was completed professionally. I would use this company again for future appliance service.
