Took my Phone in to get the screen replaced. Superb experience. Multiple store staff greeted me and were very friendly. I forgot my password and had to wait an hour for the security delay to end, the staff reserved me instantly with no issues. I came back after, they fixed it and I was on my way.

I bought my cellphone here. What I liked about the staff was that they were very patient with me when I was transferring data between my devices and were offering help. The staff are professional, friendly, and respectful. They would even offer you other brands and devices if they find out their devices don’t quite match your needs. I always feel genuinely valued as a customer at this location. Recommended!

This is my favourite Apple Store in Metro Vancouver. The staff are consistently professional, friendly, and respectful. Today, Carolina assisted me during my pick-up appointment, and she was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. I always feel genuinely valued as a customer at this location.
