Working with Sam Farahani and his team on our home renovation was an unbelievable experience. We made some major changes to our house and Sam was able to guide us through the entire process with virtually no hiccups. We lived in our house during the renovations which isn’t easy with three kids and two dogs. However, Sam went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. Same truly cares about his clients which made the process from start to finish not only bearable but enjoyable. I am tempted to buy another house, just so I could work with Sam again soon. Sam Farahani has got to be the best contractor in Vancouver. I have always heard what a headache renovations can be but those people must not know Sam. We met with 3 contractors before choosing and although all 3 had very similar estimates, Sam stood out from the crowd BY FAR. He is honest, organized, extremely thorough and you can tell right away that he puts his heart and soul into everything he does. His work ethic and entire process blew the competition away and I am so glad we found him. We met Sam at the Home Show along with probably a dozen other GCs. We had them all come through and bid our full condo renovation. We liked Sam from the start and he compared favourably to all the others in all aspects, so we chose him to run our reno. I can't say everything went smoothly (I don't think anything like this ever does, especially with as much custom stuff as we wanted) but Sam made sure the process was a pleasant one for us as he stayed on top of everything until it was right.
