“Like everyone, I generally don't take the time to write a reviews but had to in this case. We recently moved into a home and needed some extensive plumbing services - create a in home hair salon, update main bath, update powder room, and all plumbing to complete a rental suite downstairs. We have only been in Chilliwack for 4.5 years and haven't needed services in the past, so I did what many do.. call everywhere for quotes. I had 4 different companies come out, 3/4 did quite a bit of wandering and for the basement specifically (was partially completed by previous owners) let me know that extensive removal of the existing drywall work would be required. Peters Plumbing was in our house for 10 minutes, said they didn't need to do much removal and seemed to be the most confident and knowledgeable of the techs that we met. Quote was not the cheapest - it was at the higher end to be honest of the 4, so I called them, expressed that I was most confident utilizing them based on the experience with the tech but gave the other quote information. What I got back was the truth, told they'd only charge for the work required, and that they always want to come under, never be in a situation where they have to ask for additional funds. I agreed. In the end, the final price was inline with the lowest quotes received and I can't say enough about the techs.. responsive, polite, mindful of our space, and the quality of work was great.
