Olivia is the cutest, sweetest human as well as talented at what she does. I've gone in twice so far and though during the procedure, I'm a massive wimp and hating everything about it ? (sensitive area)... I do leave happy each time. The regrowth after one week was significantly reduced to what I normally experience even after just receiving one treatment. Olivia makes this journey a lot less torturous. ? Highly recommend Timeless if you're looking for permanent hair removal!

I'm so glad I've found Kim! She is very friendly, efficient and concerned. Her clients' well being and comfort is so important to her.She tries hard to accommodate my work schedule. Her place is clean and bright and welcoming.She took the time to explain the whole process without making false promises (which I have experienced before).She gets the job done, and it's really working! Had never had electrolysis before and was very nervous, they were amazing and talked me through everything during my consultation. For anyone thinking about it I highly recommend timeless, others have told me horror stories about going other places, at timeless I have had no reactions on my skin and the pain was basically null.
