When I moved to Chilliwack in 2020, after living in Surrey my whole life, and had all my contacts to call for services when needed in my home. I called Petties, and they came and did some plumbing work I needed. I have called them several times now to do various plumbing jobs, for repairs or replacements. I have had 4 great plumbers come at various times and have been so happy with each experience. This past Sunday, as my youngest son and I were heading out to his lacrosse game and he heard a strange noise coming from my basement and went to investigate, (which happened to be water flowing strongly from out of our hot water tank). We were able to figure out how to shut off the water( I am seriously not good at this type of stuff). But what now??? At noon on a Sunday, I messaged one of Petties plumbers that had worked at my home on several occasions. I explained and sent pics in my text. Within mins, he responded and called me back, and explained a few things for me to do and said he would come over, then text me he was on his way a few mins later. A great relief came off shoulders, knowing help was on the way. He came and trouble shooted, and had to turn off my hot water for night, but we had cold water. He kept in touch letting me know they could come today and they showed up first thing this am. They were able to repair, as opposed to replace my tank( which was a lot less of an expense). Less than 24 hours after my initial call it is fixed and I couldn’t be happier. You guys are seriously the best and I appreciate the wonderful service from you and would give you 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
