I noticed a leak on my boiler after firing up my in-floor radiant heating system for the first time this fall. New Look sent out their man Craig who has serviced my boiler in the past. Craig's a very personable and knowledgeable technician and he identified the defective part but the identical replacement part wasn't available locally. Craig took the initiative to source out an equivalent air separator that would do the job and he went to get it so that my repair could be completed in one day, rather than have me wait for the repair to be completed at a future date.

New Look has taken care of my annual furnace maintenance and fire preventation services for the last 17 years.
When I upgraded to an AC which required a new furnace they did the work efficiently and also cleaned up the area afterwards. The staff, from the office to service people are courteous and proficient and do their best to schedule an appointment as soon as possible in order to get the job done.
