I have been going yo my hairdresser, Shirley, for years. She is a fabulous hairdresser. Also a warm, caring, friendly person. Also get manicures and pedicures there. Thosr ladies are also great.
Edited: I do appreciate the manager reaching out and trying to make it right. Like I said, it wasn't bad service, just schedule an appointment ahead of time, so you can get the appropriate technician for each service.

I didn’t want to leave a review, because the girl that did my nails and eyebrows was actually really sweet. But… look at my eyelids today.
I was in for a mini manicure and eyebrow wax (and it took two hours ). But the nail tech wasn’t pushy about telling me how I wanted my nails and left them very natural as I requested. So that was nice.
But then for waxing, she pulled up instead... read full review
