We had all our door locks re-keyed and numerous sets of keys made by dougs key mart. There was an issue with two of the keys (25 keys made in total. One lock is from 1934 so not always easy to re key. I messaged the store advising of the issue and Stephane called and came by to fix it and also fixed a handle. We were very impressed with the overrall process of booking the appointment via phone with Mathew to the re keying process and follow up was excellent. Dougs has always been our go to store for all our lock & key needs. We'd highly recommend their services. Always friendly and professional
