Dr Nixdorf suggested a sock called Farabloc to assist with the swelling on my right ankle I broke very badly and have plates either side and it has been a year, I use this sock every night in bed and it is amazing the difference it is having on the swelling up till now so thank-you for this recommendation, it truly works
