Incident Recap:
I was confirmed for an appointment at 8AM (FYI, it was a specific start time and not a window), the tech did not come. I wasn’t able to get a hold of their office until they opened. They said the tech called me and will call me again to confirm their arrival (this is untrue as there had been no phone call). The tech randomly knocked on my door closer to 10:30AM. Left multiple damages, when confronted the tech called his “boss” and spoke in a foreign language. Won’t let me talk to his “boss” and told me to wait for a phone call (that call also never came). We had a bit of a miscommunication with a flooring issue I had that wasn't apparently covered under warranty honestly they delivered and made my floor beautiful again honestly I do apologize if I was rude but rob did his part and honestly I'm very happy and will definitely be recommending this place and using it for future flooring jobs in the future thank you all again 11/10
Awesome experience with Wendy. Picking out flooring for a new build is overwhelming but after meeting with Wendy, we quickly came to enjoy the task. She is organized in her meetings and so knowledgeable about all the products, she offers great advice and genuinely wants you to love the floors you end up with. She helped us pick out our tile, carpet and vinyl and we will be going back for backsplash. Thanks Wendy?
